We hope you love what you ordered! We accept return applications within 15 days from the date of receipt.

How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?

  • Your satisfaction is of utmost importance for us. Upon the arrival of your order, we suggest you open and check your package.
    If there is any return/exchange after the clothes have been tried on, please contact the after-sales services for details.
  • Do not return directly to the address on the package. Because that is not our return address. In order to process returns and exchanges normally and correctly, please contact our customer service mailbox (support@shinyfeel.com) .


Are there any charges for return:

  • If it is not the quality problem, we are not responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Important:

  • To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original condition.
  • The goods to be returned must be unwashed, undyed, and the product label has not been removed, the label is still on the product.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.
  • Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • Within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the return, your refund amount will be automatically returned to your payment channel.
  • Please make sure that your order information (product size, consignee's name, delivery address, contact phone number) is correct when making payment. Shinyfeel will not be liable for any refunds for order problems caused by incorrect filling of customer order information.
  • Please do not reject it directly, otherwise we may not receive your return and cannot refund you. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service email (support@shinyfeel.com) first. 
  • Shinyfeel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.
